Training at Biała Akacja
We chose Łąka Prudnicka for the place of the April Training. We had a hotel Biała Akacja Resort & Business at our disposal. In accordance with the tested model, we combined sales training for traders with the integration of all employees of the company.
The dynamic development of Office Support obliges to continuously develop the professional skills of the company’s employees. We try to identify and analyze their needs on various levels. We take care of traders in a special way. Their daily work, based on constant contact with the customer and promotion of products, requires development of own skills and expanding knowledge. BERNDSON, experts and business practitioners helped us in the development of the training project. During the two-day course we were presented with advanced techniques of gaining a client in a market with. Thanks to this, the training was not only a theory and a set of information, but a tool allowing to find the right solutions.
