At the turn of November and December 2024, our Office Support team celebrated a special event – ​​the company’s 15th anniversary. To mark the occasion, we embarked on an unforgettable team-building trip to sunny Malta! It was four days full of excitement, relaxation, and fun, which will remain in our memories for a long time.
Day 1 – Valletta and Relaxation
We departed Pyrzowice Airport at dawn, and after a less than three-hour flight, we were greeted by picturesque Malta. We began our sightseeing in the capital – charming Valletta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We also stopped for a delicious breakfast in the atmospheric old theater building in the heart of the city. After strolling through the historic streets and admiring the views, we headed to the Qawra Place Hotel on Salina Bay. We spent the rest of the day relaxing in the spa area. In the evening, we had dinner together, and later, some of us spent time chatting and bonding in a small group, which was a great opportunity to build team bonds.
Day 2 – Relaxation and Local Sightseeing
After a leisurely breakfast, we decided to forgo any long excursions and spend the day relaxing at the hotel and exploring the surrounding area. The weather was perfect – the sun was inviting for walks, and some brave ones even took advantage of the hotel pool! It was the perfect time to recharge and enjoy the island’s charms.
Day 3 – Intensive Malta Exploration
We spent this day exceptionally active, exploring the most beautiful corners of Malta together. We visited Mdina, the magical „city of silence,” and nearby Rabat, where we savored delicious coffee and local sweets. We admired the majestic Dingli Cliffs and concluded the day with a visit to the Blue Grotto, marveling at the spectacular views. It was an intense but incredibly rewarding day!
Day 4 – Return Home
After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we returned to Poland, full of positive energy and beautiful memories.
The weather was perfect – sun and wind alternated, ensuring everyone could find something to enjoy, whether relaxing in the sun or admiring Malta’s wild nature. The temperature, reaching almost 20°C, was a pleasant contrast to the winter weather in Poland.
It was a special time that allowed us to get to know each other better, recharge our batteries, and celebrate 15 years of Office Support’s success together! Thank you all for the wonderful atmosphere, and we can’t wait for our next trips together!
