We are happy to support young, ambitious individuals in gaining practical skills and first professional experience. We believe that combining learning with real-world market experience allows them to better prepare for their future careers and understand how the industry operates.
In March, Magdalena Grzelak will begin her professional internship at our company. As part of the „Professional Internship with an Economist: A Step to a Better Future” project, this will be an opportunity to support young talent and provide a new perspective on our industry.
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Fund for Silesia. (2021-2027 Priority FESL.06 European Funds for Education, Measure FESL.06.03 Vocational Education). Its goal is to improve the quality and effectiveness of practical education and increase the attractiveness of vocational education. Students have the opportunity to gain experience in a real-world work environment, and companies can support their development by providing valuable knowledge and skills.
Magda will complete her 140-hour internship from March 3, 2025, to March 28, 2025, gaining practical skills under the supervision of her Internship Supervisor, Katarzyna Durczok. During the internship, she will have the opportunity to familiarize herself with the operations of our company. She will learn the specifics of working in the printer consumables industry and experience various areas of the company’s operations. Upon completion, she will receive a scholarship, and the internship will be counted towards her mandatory school internship.
We are delighted to be a part of this initiative. We hope it will be a valuable time full of new challenges and inspiration. It is an excellent opportunity not only to delve deeper into the industry, but also to observe work in various departments of the company – from customer service to logistics and marketing. This allows Magda to develop her teamwork skills. She will gain valuable practical knowledge and strengthen her sense of responsibility for the quality of her work.
We hope this will be a fruitful collaboration that will open up new career opportunities for her!
