Office Support began its business operations in 2009. Through hard work and attention to detail, we have become a leader in the printer consumables market. Our product range includes top-quality ink and toner cartridges, drum units, transfer belts, fuser units, fax films, and ribbon tapes. Our inventory comprises over 2,500 product items. If you are not interested in original ink or toner cartridges, we can offer more affordable compatible alternatives while guaranteeing the highest product quality. It is hard to surprise us, as we carry supplies for most printing devices available from leading manufacturers: HP, Samsung, Brother, Canon, Epson, Lexmark, Dell, Panasonic, Oki, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba, Xerox. We also have our own brand - My Office.
We cater to the needs of both retail customers and business clients. We serve wholesalers, computer stores, office supply vendors, and handle public tenders. What sets us apart is our operational flexibility – for us, there is no deadlock. We approach each customer individually, analyzing their expectations and needs to deliver accurate and satisfying solutions. We work with passion.
Tąpkowice, Zwycięstwa 8a Street – that is where you will find our current company headquarters along with our warehouse. In January 2017, we moved from leased office and warehouse space in Tarnowskie Góry to our new corporate headquarters. The construction of the facility took 7 months, and thanks to the investment in Tąpkowice, our warehouse space tripled. The comfort of Office Support's customers matters most to us, which is why the new headquarters is located along Route 78 in close proximity to the Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport. We believe that the new headquarters will further elevate the quality of our services.

My Office features products dedicated to the majority of printing devices. Thanks to our brand, you have a choice: stick with expensive originals or opt for compatible alternatives offering higher yield at a significantly lower price.
Office Support employs top specialists, which is why My-Office compatible products undergo rigorous quality testing at every stage of production. We hold the following certifications: PN-ISO 45001:2018-06, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015-09, and PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10. We have the expertise and are eager to assist in selecting the best components. We continuously ensure their durability and reliability while adapting to the ever-evolving needs of printer users. Office Support is not just about top-quality products; above all, it is about exceptional people full of passion and commitment. The company consists of 5 departments: Management Board, Sales Department, Export Department, E-Commerce Department, Warehouse, as well as two independent positions: Senior Service Specialist and Purchasing Manager.
