Development of Managerial Competencies – Training Completed!
On April 29 and 30, 2025, a unique training session, „Managerial Competencies, Communication, and Collaboration in an Organization,” was held in our conference room in Tąpkowice, led by experienced trainer Anita Goździkowska.

The event was implemented as part of our collaboration with the training and consulting firm Ayprime – a partner that supports human resources development in a modern and effective way.

Two Intensive Days of Development and Integration
The training lasted two full days – from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Managers and coordinators from various departments within our company worked together to develop managerial skills. Participants had the opportunity to expand their knowledge in areas such as:

• effective interpersonal communication,
• management styles and adapting them to the situation,
• setting SMART goals,
• motivation,
• meta-programs in the decision-making process,
• providing constructive feedback.

An Atmosphere Conducive to Learning and Sharing Experiences

The practical nature of the training was a significant asset, allowing the participants to apply the tools and techniques learned in real-world professional situations. Thanks to the dedication of the trainer, Anita Goździkowska, we created a safe, open atmosphere conducive to the free exchange of experiences, sharing challenges, and finding common solutions. Participants eagerly discussed, analyzed cases from their own practice, and inspired each other.
