Twenty or 30 years ago, it wasn’t surprising that an employee would stay with the same company their entire life. Back then, it was the norm. Today, a person who has worked at the same company for many years might seem strange to some people, especially young ones. On the other hand, they might even inspire admiration due to their considerable professional experience. Moreover, long-term employees must enjoy the trust of an employer who recognizes their achievements. They, like no one else, know the ins and outs of the company.

There are two people at Office Support who have been with the company from the very beginning. Ola and Szymon have been with the company for 10 years. Given the transformation of the job market and the rarity of such cases, it’s worth speaking out.

10 years of working at the same company demonstrates that Ola and Szymon feel comfortable in the Office Support environment. They can fulfill their potential and find satisfaction in their work.

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to them on this anniversary. Additionally, to recognize our longest-serving employees, we organized a company party in their honor. During the party, we played charades, a team-building game called „Mumia,” and played beach volleyball and ping-pong matches. Participants competed for prizes: vouchers for the CS24 Shooting Range.
