We are happy to support young, ambitious individuals in gaining practical skills and their first professional experience. We believe that combining learning with real market experience provides better preparation for future work and a deeper understanding of how the industry operates.
As early as March, Magdalena Grzelak will begin her professional work experience at our company as part of the project "Vocational Internship with the Ekonomik School – A Step Towards a Better Future". This will be an opportunity for us to support young talent, and also to look at our industry from the perspective of a new generation.
The project is co-financed by European Union funds under the European Fund for Silesia (2021–2027, Priority FESL.06 European Funds for Education, Action FESL.06.03 Vocational Education). Its aim is to raise the quality and effectiveness of practical training and increase the attractiveness of vocational education. Students have the opportunity to gain experience in a real work environment, while companies can support their development by sharing valuable knowledge and skills.
Magda will complete her 140-hour internship from 3 March to 28 March 2025, gaining practical skills under the supervision of her internship supervisor, Katarzyna Durczok. During the internship she will have the opportunity to learn about how our company operates, explore the specifics of the printer consumables industry and try her hand in various areas of the business. Upon completion of the internship she will receive a stipend, and the internship will be credited towards her compulsory school placement hours.
We are delighted to be part of this initiative. We hope it will be a valuable time full of new challenges and inspiration — an excellent opportunity not only to explore the ins and outs of the industry but also to observe the work of various departments, from customer service to logistics and marketing. This will allow Magda to develop her teamwork skills, gain valuable practical knowledge and strengthen her sense of responsibility for the quality of her work.
