In June we celebrated Office Support's 16th anniversary. For the occasion, we decided to move away from a typical single-day celebration and approach the anniversary in a way that better reflects our organisational culture. We organised a "week of surprises" — five days full of varied activities for the whole team, designed not only to integrate but also to inspire, support and build positive relationships.
Each day brought a different surprise for our employees. Details were only revealed the day before, which gave the whole week a special character. The activities ranged from developmental and relationship-building to health-focused initiatives.
Monday
We distributed selected personal development books to employees — inspiring titles that encourage broadening horizons, both professionally and personally. Employees also drew micro-tasks aimed at facilitating collaboration between departments and getting to know each other better.
Tuesday
We welcomed a massage therapist to the office, who helped employees unwind. We used the services of Abigail•Spa Massage Salon, which — as it happens — is located right next door to our company. It was a great opportunity to relax and support a local business at the same time.
Wednesday
Everyone was surprised with breakfast. The table was filled with treats, including fresh bread baked by CEO Krzysztof Wyląg himself and pancakes made by Łukasz Adamczyk. This gesture was warmly received and brought many smiles.
Thursday
A personal trainer joined us from the morning, sharing how movement affects concentration, mood and energy at work. There was also some practical action — exercises at the desk and between the warehouse shelves. Plus: fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juices — because energy comes from good choices, not just professional ones.
Friday
We ended the week with a shared barbecue — in an informal atmosphere, with time for conversation, relaxation and a wrap-up of the birthday week.
Office Support's 16th anniversary celebrations showed that celebrating can be not only enjoyable but also rewarding. We are proud to create an environment where people want to be part of the team. We believe this is just the beginning of the next inspiring chapters in our history.
