Twenty or thirty years ago, nobody was surprised when an employee spent their entire career at a single company. Today, someone who has worked at one company for many years might raise eyebrows — especially among younger people. On the other hand, it can inspire admiration because of the wealth of professional experience it implies. Long-serving employees must also enjoy the trust of their employer, who recognises their contribution. They, more than anyone, know the company inside out.
At Office Support there are two people who have been with the company from the very beginning. Ola and Szymon have been working at the company for 10 years. Given that the labour market has transformed and such cases are rare, it's worth celebrating loudly.
10 years at one company shows that Ola and Szymon feel comfortable in the Office Support environment. They can develop professionally and find satisfaction in their work.
On behalf of the whole team, we congratulate them once again on this milestone. To mark the occasion and honour our longest-serving employees, we organised a company party in their honour. During the event we played charades, the team-building game 'Mummy', and held a beach volleyball and ping-pong match. Participants competed for prizes in the form of vouchers for the CS24 shooting range. A photo report from the event can be seen in the gallery below.
