Goods are shipped within Poland via GLS and UPS courier companies. The minimum order requirement applies to each individual order and is as follows:

Delivery abroad is carried out based on prices determined individually with the Customer. This depends on the mode of transport and location.
Goods ordered by 3:00 PM, from Monday to Thursday, and on Friday by 2:00 PM, are shipped on the same day. Dispatch is possible only after receiving proof of payment. In case of any issues, customers are notified immediately.
The first three orders for a minimum amount of PLN 300 net are always payable upon delivery (COD) or after receiving proof of payment. Following this trial period, an individual payment term and trade credit limit are established.
Additionally, we enable our Customers to use dropshipping. This is a sales model in which you do not need to physically hold the goods you sell. Thanks to our B2B platform, you can order the shipping of goods directly to your retail Customer. We handle storage, packaging, and shipping of the products. We can also attach the invoice you issue to your Customer with the order. You enter into the sales contract with your buyer, and we act solely as an intermediary.
We place great emphasis on delivery safety. All products intended for shipping are always carefully packaged to protect them from potential damage. Upon receiving the shipment, we kindly ask Customers to verify whether the goods were damaged during transport.
